A Second Life Oil Painting

This is my avatar walking in a breathtaking scene in Second Life, a 3D online virtual world where users can socialize, connect and create using voice and text chat. What you see in the video is created by a Second Life artist whose inworld name is AM Radio, every piece of it. The degree of realism still makes me gasp. The built-in building feature within Second Life may not be the most sophisticated compared to other industry standardized ones, but watching your creations evolve around you into an idea is an emotional process that can't be derived from an isolated modelling software.
